Easy for anyone to apply uniformly
HANARL products contain lubricating ingredient dissolved in fluorine-based solvent. As a result, uniform thin films can be formed regardless of skill levels.
The quick-dry solvent dramatically improves efficiency even in line work.
The semi-wet type, in particular, enables high durability thanks to the lubricity of fluorine oil and PTFE and is widely used as an alternative for grease.
Colored and fluorescent-colored products are available for application verification. Many types are available including products requiring no agitation and color-less products that is inconspicuous.
Features of lubricant coating (semi-wet type)
Improvement in workability
Uniform films can be formed not only by dispenser application, but also by brushing and dipping. Therefore, the workability will be improved regardless of the workers' skills.
Visible or colorless products
The products can be colored or be transparent, depending on our customers' needs.

Dry Lubricant Coating (Fully-dry Type)
<No trouble of oil bleeding> <Amazing dry finish>
HANARL products contain lubricating ingredient dissolved in fluorine-based solvent. As a result, uniform thin films can be formed regardless of skill levels. The quick-dry solvent dramatically improves efficiency even in line work.
The constituent, consisting essentially of fluorine, is compatible with any materials including resins, rubbers and metals.
Dry products, in particular, are oil-less and do not cause any trouble of transcription.
They are thus applicable to sliding parts near appearance sliding parts under low to medium load.
Features of dry lubricant coating (fully-dry type)
Oil less
The fully-dry type causes neither bleeding of oil nor transcription. It therefore enables the use of lubricant in appearance parts.

Lubricant Coating
New innovation of the HANARL brand! Amazing durability achieved by simple application.
As downsizing has progressed in electronic mechanisms, precision devices and home appliances, lubrication is being required for parts other than interior parts.
Conventional lubricant painting and plating for near exterior parts are now considered to be high cost and have a problem that coating is applied to portions other than targeted areas.
Against this backdrop, we have developed a completely new type of products, HANARL, which can achieve the performance of plating by simple application.
Amazing durability is achieved without transcription and with no need for special equipment.
Being fluorine-based, the super performance coating provides not only excellent lubricity but also excellent waterproofing properties.

High performance fluorinated solvent
Characteristics of fluorinated solvent
Fluorinated solvents have excellent physicochemical properties such as nonflammability, high chemical stability, low viscosity, low latent heat vaporization, good insulation, and low corrosivity, which is why it is used in various industrial fields.
Dispersion solvent, dilution application, cleaning application
Dry film lubricants, water and oil repellent coatings, film coatings solvents, dilution applications, cleaning solvents for fluorine-based lubricants and lenses cleaner
High performance fluorine solvent HANARL has low surface tension, low viscosity, low boiling point, chemical stability, and ease of work makes it usable in various places such as; dilution of various coating agents for touch panel films, and solvent for coating agents of internal electronic devices.
It is also used for cleaning dry film lubricant HANARL and optical equipment.
Heat medium application
Semiconductor manufacturing equipment, chemical plants, environmental test chambers, organic EL manufacturing equipment, data centers, various heat medium
Wafer manufacturing requires miniaturization, which requires strict temperature and process control. Using the latest cooling technology, HANARL is used in factories for precise temperature control.
Reliability test application
Solvent used for reliability tests (airtight test, thermal shock test, voltage resistance test, etc.) of electronic components and electronic equipment.
It has insulating properties and can be used in a wide temperature range as the optimal solvent for reliability testing of electronic components. By immersing the sealed test object in a fluorine-based liquid, the sealing performance can be checked through leaks. There are no effects or residues on electronic components after the test, no cleaning requirement, and dries quickly to shorten the process.
